Not financial advice
ChartRecap is a journaling and charting tool for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Market data may be delayed, simulated, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting losses.
Your account
You're responsible for safeguarding your login and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials and any import tokens private.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to breach the Service or other users' data. Don't use it for unlawful purposes.
Beta software
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during testing. Features may change or break, and data may be reset. We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law and are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.
Third-party services
Connecting a broker (e.g. SnapTrade, moomoo) is subject to those providers' own terms. Market data belongs to its respective providers.
